Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: New contracts only. Existing projects or previously signed contracts with Custom One Landscaping are not eligible. Purchase Agreement: Must be signed between August 15 and September 30, 2025. Scope of Promotional Item: Includes putting green equipment only (up to 300 sq. ft.). Installation costs are not included. Design, placement, and installation timing are subject to Custom One Landscaping approval. Installation is at the sole discretion of the installer and Custom One Landscaping. Site Preparation Excluded: Promotion does not include any necessary site preparation such as (but not limited to): Retaining walls, Grading or leveling, Soil removal or import, Removal of landscaping, trees, or existing hardscapes, Relocation of utilities or irrigation lines, Permitting fees, Any other required preparation work, All such work will be quoted and billed separately at standard rates. Redemptions: Limited to 1 promotion per household. Non-transferable: May not be assigned, gifted, or sold. No Cash Value: Promotional items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Combination with Other Offers: Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions, including Parade of Homes or Remodelers Showcase discounts. Product Availability: All promotional items are subject to manufacturer availability. Equivalent substitutions of similar value may be provided at Custom One Landscaping’s discretion if necessary.
