Terms and Conditions
Eligibility: Promotion valid for new contracts only. Existing projects or previously signed contracts with Custom One Exteriors are not eligible. Purchase Agreement: Must be signed between August 15 and September 30, 2025. Scope of Project: Must include a full James Hardie siding installation of 25 squares or more. Scope of Promotional Item: Includes a $2,500 credit at Southern Lighting for outdoor light fixtures. Electrical work and installation of fixtures are not included and will be quoted separately. Installation Feasibility: Final lighting selections must be confirmed in time to coordinate with siding installation. Installation of fixtures is at the discretion of the siding installer and project scope. Redemptions: Limited to 1 promotion per household. Non-transferable: May not be assigned, gifted, or sold. No Cash Value: Promotional credit has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Combination with Other Offers: Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions, including Parade of Homes or Remodelers Showcase discounts.
